- Optional 1-4 color variable speed printing system, accurate color registration.
- Equipped with automatic escalators, it can store a large volume of caps and feed the correct number of caps into the unscrambler.
- Automatic unscrambler used for guide the caps to the correct direction and feed to the main printing machine.
- Standard using LPG gas for surface treatment before printing.
- 2 flame heads, which make the surface treatment more efficiently.
- UV system has automatic temperature control and extraction system which avoid the lamp over-heated & maximized the lamp efficiency.
- Adopts well-known brand electrical components, easy-to-use touch screen and PLC control system, with reliable performance.
- The machine can be connected with cap making machine, cap slitting machine and Quality Inspection Machine.
