2. Design Principle:

Various printing functions are realized through digitally controlled servo motors. It is suitable for offset printing glossy or matte varnishes and silk screen printing UV inks of various colors on plastic soft tubes with a diameter of 13-60mm. It can be equipped with hot stamping and finished product inspection functions.

3. Application:

The machine is suitable for offset print 1 color varnish + screen print 4 colors UV ink on plastic soft tubes, can be used for printing facial cleanser, pharmaceutical soft tube.

4. Main Functions:

 Batch storage tubes, automatic material unscrambling, select the direction of feeding (optional).

 Servo-driven manipulator push tube feeding.

 16 servo stations: Feeding and dust-removal → 1 st flame (or corona) treatment → 2 nd flame (or corona) treatment → Offset printing varnish → UV curing → 1 st screen printing → UV curing → 2 nd screen printing → UV Curing → 3 rd screen printing → UV curing → 4 th screen printing → UV curing → Quality Inspection(optional) → Unqualified products discharge (optional) → OK products discharging

 After feeding, there is a cursor to identify the failure of feeding and the function of no printing without parts.

 The printing workstation has the function of electric lifting print head.

 The servo synchronously drives the left and right movement of the screen frame and the rotation of the tube on the turntable, and cooperates with the scraper to complete the printing function.
